How to play

On the ground, drag anywhere to walk and turn. Tap Take off at the bottom to fly; no other step is needed. The same strip becomes your flight speedometer: tap it, or tap the screen, to flap and regain speed without holding. In flight, drag left or right to turn, up to climb or down to descend. Release to glide at the same height and slow gently. Landing on a roof, branch or the ground returns to walking. Flight is unlimited, up to 15 metres above the ground or water.

Enter the water to swim. Use the same drag to steer, swim up or dive, and tap the screen for a little kick. Tap Surface and fly on the bottom strip whenever you want to leave the water. Keyboard: R swims up, F dives, and Space surfaces and takes off.

Keyboard: WASD or arrows move and turn. In flight, W adds thrust, S brakes and release coasts; ground and swim S still move backwards. Space takes off or flaps; R climbs and F descends or dives. E/Page Up and Q/Page Down retain height control when no contextual action owns them. B or Shift also flaps. Xbox left stick moves and steers; in flight, up adds proportional thrust and down brakes. Right-stick up/down and RB Up / LB Down change altitude or depth only, never ground-launch or add forward thrust. A takes off, flaps, swims up from the bed or surfaces. Takeoff builds gently over four active seconds. Escape or Menu pauses. Tap the minimap to browse Monksmoor.

Catch Pokémon by grass, shore and underwater, including the separate blue and pink Gyarados. Tap Catch or press C; the label names the target or explains why a throw is unavailable. Each accepted throw has a 30% chance to catch. X catches an eligible target; otherwise it flaps in flight or kicks underwater, lifting off the bed when walking. X never takes off from dry ground. P or Xbox View opens Party directly; Y opens Party when no doorway is available. In Party and pause, D-pad navigates, A selects and B goes back; accepting a menu never takes off. T changes Robin/aircraft. In the aircraft, Bomb (Q, legacy C, or Xbox B) shows the falling rainbow toy and impact from overhead for three active seconds; pause freezes that view.

Xbox aircraft choice: after starting, press Menu, use the D-pad to select Switch to aircraft or Return to Robin, then press A. Aircraft is unavailable inside either building.

Approach No.10's real doorway on foot: Enter No.10 or Exit No.10 appears only when usable. Tap it, press E or use Xbox Y; Space/A never enters a door. Walk indoors; flight and aircraft are unavailable there. The separate garden Centre offers healing with V, Xbox Y or its context button. Centre takes contextual Y before No.10; View keeps Party reachable at either doorway. A is gameplay outside modal menus, even when an ordinary HUD button has keyboard focus. Keyboard Enter and touch still activate visible controls. Release held buttons and centre the sticks before returning from a menu.

About Robin

An original little-bird adventure through Monksmoor and Daventry Country Park. Building outlines, the visitor-centre and Reservoir Cafe names, and displayed street names follow sourced maps; house heights, gardens, autumn trees, fascias, awnings and wayfinding-marker placement are artistic interpretation rather than a facade or furniture survey. Green areas have gentle authored relief; measured EA terrain remains prepared for a later coordinated world update. Fences, parked cars and planting are original visual interpretation.
